At MCV Blood Test, we aim to provide reliable diagnostic services with transparency and fairness. Because medical testing involves consumables, professional services, and laboratory processing, refunds and returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

By booking any service with MCV Blood Test, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.

If you cancel your appointment before sample collection, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on payment method and administrative costs.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to mcvbloodtest@gmail.com or by calling 340-348-2786.

Once a blood or biological sample has been collected, no refunds are permitted. This is due to immediate processing, use of medical consumables, and laboratory resource allocation.

This applies even if you choose not to proceed after collection or decide results are no longer needed.

All laboratory services are considered completed once testing begins. Refunds are not issued based on:

• Patient dissatisfaction with results
• Normal biological variations
• Doctor interpretation outcomes
• Changes in medical decisions

If a sample becomes unsuitable due to laboratory or collection error, MCV Blood Test will arrange one complimentary recollection at no additional charge.

This does not apply to patient-related issues such as missed appointments or incorrect preparation.

In rare cases where MCV Blood Test must reschedule due to operational reasons, we will provide alternative appointment times or offer a refund if services cannot be delivered.

All reports are delivered electronically or in print. Once results are issued, services are considered complete and non-refundable.

MCV Blood Test reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving:

• False information
• Repeated cancellations
• Misuse of booking systems
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
